Grass Fed Beef


Our grass fed Red Angus cattle are on pasture from day one and receive a diet free of pesticides as they are continually rotated to fresh new pastures.  They are finished on grass as well and do not eat grains at all.  Our pasture grasses are sprayed with all natural beneficial microbes, fish fertilizer, and micro-nutrients to feed the soil and increase the nutritional value of the soil.  We do not use antibiotics or grown hormones and our cattle are treated humanely right up until the time they are processed.  We supplement with alfalfa and apple cider vinegar when needed.  Our cattle are over 20 months old before processing to ensure finish which helps with taste and tenderness.

We offer the following cuts:  Arm Roast, Brisket, Chuck Roast, Cube Steak/Cutlets, Fat, Flank, Ground Beef, Hamburger Patties, Heart, Kidney, Liver, New York Strip Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Round Steak, Rump Roast, Short Ribs, Sirloin Steak, Skirt Steak, Soup Bones, Stew Meat, T-Bone Steak, Tenderloin Filet, and Tongue.
